Take a guided tour of the Eddie Bush
Memorial Arena.

The Eddie Bush Memorial Arena was officially opened on July 15th, 1949. Situated in the heart of Historic Downtown Collingwood, the arena hosted its first hockey game on November 10th, 1949, against Owen Sound. The Collingwood Community Arena was re-named "The Eddie Bush Memorial Arena" in the 1980's after Collingwood's Eddie Bush, a Collingwood native who went on to play NHL Hockey with the Detroit Red Wings and later coached the Kansas City Scouts in the NHL . Eddie Bush also coached the Collingwood Junior Blues.
